A Multi-Point Identification Approach for the Recognition of Individual Leopards (Panthera pardus kotiya) – A Research paper on leopards was published on 3rd March 2022 (on the world wildlife day) in Swiss based MDPI Animals Journal by a group of researchers working with the Department of Wildlife Conservation. Hard work and dedication of the group of researchers proved that the Leopards spots and Rosettes do actually alter or change which dismissing the earlier assumption that they do not change.It also proposes the  Multi point approach proposed by them in Leopard identification will reduce the error rate significantly. The research team comprises of Milinda Wattegedera, Dushyantha Silva, Chandana Sooriyabandara, Prasantha Wimaladasa, Raveendra Siriwardena, Mevan Piyasena, Ranjan M. S. L. R. P. Marasinghe, Bhagya M.
